Classes begin promptly at 8:00 AM and end at 5:00 PM. Please select location under "Training Courses" for directions.

Renovate Smart is an EPA-certified provider of the RRP Certified Renovator course, with over 15 years of education and training experience in environmental science and policy.

We provide training primarily in West Texas and Austin, TX, and are happy to arrange training in other locations based on demand. If you are interested in scheduling a training session for your company or community just send us an email with your request and we will get back to you.

EPA lead rule will cover more than half of U.S. homes

More than half of U.S. homes could soon be affected by a little-known federal rule to reduce lead exposure.  On April 22, the Environmental Protection Agency will begin requiring that contractors who work on pre-1978 homes be certified in lead-safe practices or face daily fines of up to $37,500.
